SALES TAX, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
There is no tax collected on any products unless you are ordering from California or shipped to California. We do not charge tax, we collect it for the state of California tax board.
At Titan Security Products we take the health and safety of our employees very seriously with the spread of the coronavirus or “COVID-19; we follow all the CDC guidelines & EPA’s criteria to stop the spread of the virus. Fortunately, our company is family-owned and operated with the addition of one outside help. All products in our facility have arrived months and years before the spread of the virus. All manufacturing and shipping are handled based on CDC guidelines. Our products are not exposed to the coronavirus, however, we have no control once the package is in transit, take precautionary measures handling the outside packaging.
Shipping insurance is included. Seller is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments; all claims must be settled with the shipper.
Shipment to PO Box address or to Canada will be with USPS parcel services.
All orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will ship the next Monday. We are closed on Fridays.
Free shipping is only for the lower 48 states; Excluding shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or Canada.
Items usually ship out from our facility within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) upon the receipt of full payment. You will receive the paid invoice and tracking number via e-mail when we ship the product.
Your phone number is required and it will assist the shipper to contact you in case of a delivery problem.
Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you do not receive, your package within 7 business days after the shipped date, please contact us. The shipping company will not accept liability for loss if reported beyond 7 days of the scheduled delivery.
We normally ship orders on Monday's through Thursday's orders that are received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, the package will usually be sent out on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding our product, please do not hesitate to ask.
Return: Important Note (Please Read):
Your satisfaction is always our goal! Please contact us first for ANY dissatisfaction with the transaction, as we are always willing to work things out.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of your product due to manufacturing defects under normal usage at no cost to you.
Forgotten access code or damage caused by misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. There will be a shipping charge-back if a customer fails to follow the provided instructions. Cancellation transaction fees of 4% will apply if orders are not shipped from our facility.
1. Please call our office for RMA # before sending back the item.
2. Return within 15 days after the purchase date.
3. Return reason is needed.
4. Return with a tracking number.
5. Include a copy of your invoice.
6. The product must be returned in the original package and in a resalable condition. No refund if any items are missing or used.
7. Incurred cost of Shipping & handling charges, credit card processing fees are not refundable; (Normally is purchase price less 10%).
8. Customer is responsible for the return shipment cost. Please mark your RMA number on the return package.
