Terms of Service:
I understand that is my responsibility to know the law regarding transportation of weapons in my state of residence and to seek proper training in the use of loaded weapons. I agree to hold harmless Titan Security Products and their affiliates from any liability associated with my purchase and use of these products. I am also aware shipping and return policy, I understand that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping:
Shipping insurance is included. Seller is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments; all claims must be settled with the shipper.
All orders placed after 12 pm on Thursday will ship the next Monday. We are closed on Fridays.
Free shipping is only for the lower 48 state does not include shipping addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico or Canada.
Items usually ship out from our facility within 24-48 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) upon the receipt of full payment. You will receive the paid invoice and tracking number via e-mail when we ship the product.
Your phone number is required and it will assist the shipper to contact you in case of a delivery problem.
Delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, but the delivery time is not guaranteed. If you do not receive, your package within 7 business days after shipped date, please contact us. The shipping company will not accept liability for loss if reported beyond 7 days of the scheduled delivery.
We normally ship orders on Monday's through Thursday's orders that are received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays, the package will usually be sent out on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding our product, please do not hesitate to ask.

Return: Important Note (Please Read):
Your satisfaction is always our goal! Please contact us first for ANY dissatisfaction with the transaction, as we are always willing to work things out.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of your product due to manufacturing defects under normal usage at no cost to you.
Forgotten access code or damage caused by misuse of the product is not covered under warranty. There will be shipping charge-back if a customer fails to follow the provided instructions.

For Returns:
1. Please call our office for RMA # before sending back the item.
2. Return within 15 days after the purchase date.
3. Return reason is needed.
4. Return with tracking number.
5. Include your invoice.
6. The product must be returned in the original package and in resalable condition. No refund if any items are missing or used.
7. Shipping and handling Charges are not refundable; Amount of return (normally is purchase price less 15%) your purchase price less credit card processing, shipping & packaging fees.
8. Customer is responsible for the return shipment cost.
