Interested in setting up a wholesale account with us? There are a few things we need to get from you in order to set up a dealer account for you. We will need the following:
- Federal and State Tax I.D
- State Resale Certificate
- Contact info. Name, shipping address, billing address, phone number, email, etc.
- A website link if available.
- Pictures of your store if possible. (to see the inside and outside of the retail space)
- How many years have you been in business?
- Where did you hear about us?
